6 yrs DUI, Misdemeanor reviewable, no major felonies, minor felonies subjet to reivew. No suspensions 5 yrs. No more than 1 minor prev accident or moving violation in last 12 mos. Major accident and moving violation subject to safety review.

Additional Pay Info:

Pay above is Super Regional. Regional range for 6mos to 5 yrs: MW 37-40cpm, NE 39-42cpm, SE 33-36cpm, SW 33-36cpm.

Load/Unload $65.00 flat pay. A driver load /unload is defined as 100%hand touch freight. This would include reloading pallets from big wood to small wood and vice versa.

Driver Assist Pays $30.00 and is defined as anything less than 100% touch freight. Examples would be loading or off-loading with a pallet jack, shrink-wrap, breakdown, etc. All driver assist is subject to dispatch approval. Counting freight while being loaded or unloaded by a third party or machines does not constitute an assist.

Local Work - Drivers will be paid at the rate of $12.00 per hour for local work. (Loads 50 miles or less paid hourly) Hours predetermined. Loads more than 50 miles but less than 100 miles pay $50.00 minimum.

Stop off pay - $30.00 excluding inital pick-up and final drop. Tolls and Scale Receipts - EZ Pass Authorized scale receipts reimbursed. No New York City If you elect to go to New York City, a premium of $45.00 will be paid. ALL HAZMAT LOADS PAY ADDITIONAL $20 PER LOAD.

Orientation Pay - None

Other Pay - Layover pay $55, detention after 2 hrs is $12.50 hr. (NE regional is $14 per hour

The orientations sites are:

JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA
GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS
CAMP HILL, PA.
DAYTON, OH

Orientation runs from Monday through Wednesday afternoon. We provide company drivers Greyhound transportation to the orientation and mileage reimbursement for owner operators in the amount of $.25 per mile.

We provide a hotel, a continental breakfast and lunch. Dinner is paid by the driver.
