Additional Drivers Info:
Min age 21. Will hire solo driver then assign to a team. No solo jobs. Teams do not have to be related or live same area. Offers a refresher $500 40 hours in Cedar Rapids IA (CRST will finance cost paid thru payroll deduction)

Student School Program - School Locations: 25+ locations around the country.
Length of School: 15-18 days at private school followed by company orientation and training.
Cost of School: No cost if driver completes 8 month contract. If driver fails to complete cost is $3900, driver will have to pay in full company will not accept payment. No credit check or co-signor needed.
Travel & Lodging: $450 Travel and lodging expenses are advanced by the company and repaid by driver through payroll deduction.
Total Money Needed by the Driver: Approximately $150 in processing fees, food money for 3 plus weeks ($300 total).
Orientation: 3 day orientation is scheduled immediately following graduation from school. Company pays for travel and lodging. Driver is hired following successful completion of orientation and assigned a trainer.
Company Training: Company provides a one month training period with a trainer and pays $350 wk salary during training.
After Training: Driver is assigned a team partner. See above for further pay scales.
Other: This company hauls dry van freight in all 48 states and is an all team operation. The company's average trip length is 1500 miles and trucks average 5000+ miles weekly. Drivers are on the road 21 days and home for 3 days. The truck is parked at an approved location close to the driver's home for home time. Drivers are eligible for full benefits after 6 months.

Contract student (those attending CRST sponnsored school) paid at lower rate till month 6. Drivers are paid split miles at their individual pay rates. All Exp Drivers (3months+) receive medical insurance form Day 1.
