ROADRUNNER Transportation Trucking Jobs
General Information:
Hires all Owner Operators for line haul. LTL and full truckload carrier, running dedicated lanes. Based in Cudahay WI. This is a different deal than our truckload carriers. O/O provides tractor and 53' van trailer, can lease trailer from company.

100% Owner Operator. Hires solo and teams. Must have or be willing to get HazMat. O/O must provide tractor and trailer, can lease trailer through company $109 wk. 5yr or newer truck preferred will consider older.

Owner Operator Program - Has plate and insurance program, no upfront costs will deduct from settlement, or can run under own plates/insurance.
Plates deducted at $150 per week till paid, does not start till 3rd week.
Can lease trailer from Extra for 108.75 wk, need 1 wk up front. OR Aurora for about $85 wk. Orientation locations for now in WI, may change to closest terminal.
Home Time Policies:
Non forced dispatch. Home time at driver's discretion. The driver can select loads to areas of his choosing. If Dawes doenst have a backhaul or load to get driver into lane, they will broker a load and pay 96% gross to the truck.

AVG Annual GROSS for solo is $175,000 yr, many do over $200,000. Teams avg Gross is $300,000 yr.
Sign On Bonus -$1000 for teams, $500 1st load, $500 after 6 mos.
Orientation Pay - None
Other Pay - .04 cpm for Hazmat loads. Team bonus.
Orientation Information:
Every Weds. 1.5 days in Milwaukee WI. Does not have to bring truck with him, driver pays all expenses. Hotel cost $45 night, bus costs ?, lunch is provided. May change to local terminal in future.
DUI/Criminal:
5 years DUI and 5 yrs on minor felony, 15 yrs on major felony.
