Experience must be in similar equipment (van, reefer, dbl deck car hauler). Tanker and dump exp not considered. Lease Purchase available after 90 days.

Stop Off Pay $30.00 The owner shall receive $30 for each intermediate stop-off for partial loading and/or unloading excluding the initial pickup and the final destination.
Scale Receipts The company agrees to pay all weight charges when the BOL is 40,000 lbs. or greater.
Base Place/Permits The company will provide the base plate/permits, as long as the tractor stays leased for one year. If the lease is pulled before one year, Texas Star will prorate back the unused portion.
Driver Referral Bonus Any driver who refers a qualified candidate will receive a $1,000 referral bonus upon the new driver completing orientation and their first dispatch.
Layover Pay $75.00 Maximum of $75.00 after the first twenty-four (24) hours when driver is required by the fleet manager to layover.
Detention $15.00 Per hour after two (2) hours waiting time at the customer facility for loading and/or unloading up to max of 5 paid hours. The driver must turn in a completed detention slip, with the bill of lading, and follow company procedures involving appointments in order for payment.
Tolls Tolls will be reimbursed through settlements when it is necessary to run toll bridges, roads, etc.
